With 15 years of coaching experience, Laura specializes in helping busy women navigate careers, stress, motherhood, and changing hormones without extreme diets or all-or-nothing fitness plans. She is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and pre- and post-natal certified coach. Her program, Her services focus on strength training, protein-forward nutrition, daily movement, and practical habits that support metabolism and long-term fat loss. After becoming a mom, Laura experienced firsthand how easy it is to fall into cycles of restriction, overtraining, and constantly starting over.
