This is a workout program designed month to month with goals of gaining strength and building stamina. With a scientifically designed strength sequence and cardio elements sprinkled in, this program will improve your body composition and increase your confidence!

Welcome to Laura Mahoney Fitness, I'm Laura! I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Nutrition Coach, and a lover of life! I grew up shy, insecure, and overweight, and began my fitness journey in college and was so empowered by seeing how the changes from the gym translated into my every day life...so much so that I wanted to become a personal trainer! ...while in the trenches of being a trainer and competitive powerlifter, I developed an exercise addiction and eating disorder that I had to navigate through to get to recovery. Experiencing both extremes, I learned major lessons from each to create a balanced lifestyle so I can still be happy, strong, and the confident woman I set out to be back in my early years.... all while being a full time mom and business owner! It is my passion to share this journey and these lessons with you and have developed my programs around being strong, healthy, and confident, all without taking over your life.

Why Join

This group will enable participants to adhere to a workout schedule designed to improve body composition. Workouts will be designed on a month to month basis, each month coordinating with the next. All of this can be done in the comfort of your own home, with bands and/or weights (or even water bottles!!). We will have an open discussion board to allow communication between participants and Laura to build a community. You are allowed to sign up and cancel at anytime, leaving you flexibility in this program.
