This is a workout program designed month to month with goals of gaining strength and building stamina. With a scientifically designed strength sequence and cardio elements sprinkled in, this program will improve your body composition and increase your confidence!
This group will enable participants to adhere to a workout schedule designed to improve body composition. Workouts will be designed on a month to month basis, each month coordinating with the next. All of this can be done in the comfort of your own home, with bands and/or weights (or even water bottles!!). We will have an open discussion board to allow communication between participants and Laura to build a community. You are allowed to sign up and cancel at anytime, leaving you flexibility in this program.
