This is a workout program designed month to month with goals of gaining strength and building stamina. With a scientifically designed strength sequence and cardio elements sprinkled in, this program will improve your body composition and increase your confidence!

About Laura

Laura Mahoney is a strength and metabolism coach who helps women in their 30s rebuild their energy, confidence, and body composition through sustainable training and realistic nutrition. With 15 years of coaching experience, Laura specializes in helping busy women navigate careers, stress, motherhood, and changing hormones without extreme diets or all-or-nothing fitness plans. She is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and pre- and post-natal certified coach. Her program, Her services focus on strength training, protein-forward nutrition, daily movement, and practical habits that support metabolism and long-term fat loss. After becoming a mom, Laura experienced firsthand how easy it is to fall into cycles of restriction, overtraining, and constantly starting over. That experience reshaped her coaching philosophy: lasting results come from rebuilding habits and creating structure that works in real life.

Why Join

This group will enable participants to adhere to a workout schedule designed to improve body composition. Workouts will be designed on a month to month basis, each month coordinating with the next. All of this can be done in the comfort of your own home, with bands and/or weights (or even water bottles!!). We will have an open discussion board to allow communication between participants and Laura to build a community. You are allowed to sign up and cancel at anytime, leaving you flexibility in this program.
